The Wright Company, based in Downtown Norfolk, has over 25 years of experience facilitating and collaborating in commercial historic redevelopment, brokerage (landlord and tenant rep), property management and entrepreneurial startups. Together with city / civic leadership teams and other strategic community partnerships, TWC has primarily focused its efforts on redevelopment of cities, especially in historic districts.

We have recently expanded our consulting team in order to offer services supporting projects for clients, investors and community facilitators. TWC and its associated entities have been a major catalyst in transforming entire blocks of the Granby Historic District from boarded-up and abandoned to redeveloped mixed use and leased.
