The Wright Company, based in Downtown Norfolk, has over 25 years of experience facilitating and collaborating in commercial historic redevelopment, brokerage (landlord and tenant rep), property management and entrepreneurial startups. Together with city / civic leadership teams and other strategic community partnerships, TWC has primarily focused its efforts on redevelopment of cities, especially in historic districts.

We have recently expanded our consulting team in order to offer services supporting projects for clients, investors and community facilitators. We enjoy employing our proven experience, knowledge and research to discover properties that cultivate win-win outcomes. TWC and its associated entities have been a major catalyst in transforming entire blocks of the Granby Historic District from boarded-up and abandoned building shells to redeveloped and leased vibrant mixed-use projects. This rebirth of Downtown Norfolk is a work in progress and progress shows! To meet the growing and ever-changing needs of the community, we champion that all parties must stay engaged.
